Within the domain of Business Process Management, Manoj has been actively involved with the Business Excellence team of a large telecom company in India for mapping and documenting various business processes across business units and functional departments. Documentation of these processes was based on the eTOM framework and was later used by the organization to acquire the TL9000 standards certification. He has also been involved in BPM projects for manufacturing industries.

Manoj has spearheaded consulting engagements with leading public and private organizations in India and Kuwait and his consulting projects straddle an interesting array of sectors to include Telecom, Small Hydro, Metallurgy and Architecture.

Manoj's main areas of expertise include Business Process Management, IT Systems and Security Audits as well as Implementation of CRM and Automated Systems Solutions. A Certified Process Professional (CPP®), he is also trained in Outside In Process Methodology.
