From consulting engagements with leading organizations in India, Doha, Oman and Kuwait, Sameer has worked in sectors as diverse as Logistics, Textile, Metallurgy and Architecture. His areas of specialization include Competency Based Performance Management Systems, Content Management, Executive Coaching and Business Diagnosis. Sameer has also led Large Scale Change Interventions and managed the content creation and delivery exercise - based on the Leadership Pipeline Model - for one of India's leading conglomerates.

He has completed his MMS from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai, India and is certified to practice NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He is also a trained assessor on the EFQM model developed by the CII to assess business excellence.
