Snehal Kole has been on consulting assignments with leading public and private organizations in India, Kuwait and China, and has worked on a broad spectrum of sectors to include FMCG, Textile, Telecom and Entertainment.

Snehal is a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has been trained by Dr Dick McHugh. An MBA from Mumbai's Indian Education Society, he is, additionally, a trained assessor on the EFQM model developed by CII to evaluate business excellence.

His main areas of expertise include Change Management, Skill Enhancement for Market Facing Teams, Content Management and Behavior Skill Enhancement. He has also mapped processes using TL 9000 standards for a leading telecom company and has, furthermore, documented processes for SOX compliance.
