Formerly with HSBC, TYCO and IBM, Rajesh Shetty has worked in corporate sectors as diverse as banking, automotive and IT. His professional experience, coupled with an innate passion for the outdoors found him venturing into the arena of experiential training. He founded 'Pathshala Trip' - an institute dedicated to outbound training interventions in Bangalore.

Rajesh has a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bangalore, India and an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. An associate member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS), he specializes in Large Scale Organizational Transformations, Value Based Initiatives and also works on Instructional Design.

Currently his consulting projects cover wide-ranging sectors to include Hydro, Pharma, Power (Transmission) and FMCG.
