Jayesh Talpade has been at the helm of Acumen since its inception
in the year 2000. Prior to heading Acumen, Jayesh Talpade has
worked in the fields of Power, Electronics, Pharma and FMCG. His
experience with Bharath Bijlee, NELCO and Johnson & Johnson
has afforded him tremendous exposure to the nuances of industrial
engineering and marketing. He brings in decades of consulting
and operational experience to the fore from all over the world
be it India, Australia, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain or even the UK.
Jayesh has been instrumental in transforming the vision of a
large construction company, coaching senior management on the
way forward. Partnering with a leading FMCG MNC, he also created
learning material encompassing the dynamics of sales and intermediary
management while simultaneously being relevant to six different
countries in the Asia-Pac region at the same time. In his engagement
with a leading FMCG company, he also led a team that studied India's
rural market with a view to making the rural sales team more effective.
He is a sought after by many organizations as they grapple with
managing change or transition from one league to another.
