  • To develop a Competency Framework using the Walter Mahler Model, dividing the individual career into three stages:

    o Manager of Managers (MM)
    o Manager of Others (MO)
    o Manager of Self (MS)

  • To subsequently create Competency Based training content with the objective of developing people on competencies required at their respective positions

  • Created an Optimal Learning Solution (OLS) to maximize the effectiveness of learning
  • Developed Competency Based training content for Manage Self and Manage Managers to include a 4-day module for the Manage Self level, covering 10 competencies and a 3-and-a-half day Module for the Manage Managers level covering 6 competencies
  • Acumen trained the Trainers to conduct these workshops across India

  • Standardized competency- based orientation was imparted to employees from various Group companies across diverse locations in India
