- A renowned Media and Entertainment Company was on a
mission to become the best service provider in the entertainment
arena by 2010
- Based on the insight that the customer would get the
best cinematic experience only when each department and
function in the Cinema Hall is aligned and focused to
do it
- The organization felt that it was imperative for leaders
of each function be in sync with the vision of the company
- The senior teams were planning an intervention for Department
/ Functional Heads. These Heads would then go on to lead
their teams and align them to the company's vision

- Acumen conducted a dip-stick study within the departments
to understand the conflicts and challenges faced by the
participants
- Designed a 3-day intervention for the Departmental Heads
- The focus of the workshop was on understanding the bigger
picture and for Heads to become a role model for their
individual departments
- Imparted training on handling inter-departmental issues
and conflicts
- Worked on establishing a greater understanding of the
link between internal and external customer satisfaction
